First time using Hartford MOT today amd will definitely be returning. Fantastic, friendly service and great value too. They fitted my car in for a service and MOT at very short notice when another local garage let me down. Open at 730am so I was able to drop my car off nice and early, got a call at 3pm to say it was all ready and no extra work required. Very honest, friendly service and my car is driving great. Originally told daughter job would cost her 500 quid went down to 200 then charged her over 800 quid without so much as a phone call. Staff are polite but total Rrip off. Found engine had no oil on the car's return. Outrageous. Service: Transmission repair

Not for the first time I landed up at Hartford MOT with a problem at a time when they were busy and I was not booked in. As with all the previous occasions, everybody was nothing but helpful and sorted the problem out. I was recommended to them when I first moved here, and happy to pass this recommendation on. Went In to get my engine fixed as it broke down and was towed in by the AA, incredible service, friendly staff and Covid-19 rules followed by everyone, felt comfortable. What a wonderful team and when I needed help! I had broken down and the gentleman was driving past, whilst on his way back to the garage. He kindly stopped and towed me to the garage a mile down the road. He sorted the problem on my car within 15 minutes and I was on my way. I am very thankful for his help and sorting my car issue so quickly. I have found a garage I can trust and will be using for all of my car services from now on.

I highly recommend this garage. They took my regular get me to work car at short notice for an emergency repair to the brakes. I left the car at 0900 and by 1200 helen phoned to say they found the problem and it would be ready by the end of the day. She phoned again at 1530 and told me it was ready. This is excellent service and just the right level of communication. Car was fixed as expected and the costs were very reasonable. Most important it is a friendly and welcoming garage I would be pleased to use again. Thank you
