I called Brazendale regarding a leaking kitchen mixer tap. As I'm new to this area I didn't have any contacts etc but a friend gave me Brazendale's deatails. Well I was immediately impressed with the professionalism shown by the office for their helpfulness & understanding. The job was booked in & they confirmed the date, time and name of plumber dealing with job by return email & text. Plumber, Laura arrived on time, was very polite & completed the task in very professional manner. Laura was absolutely brilliant this is exactly what you want absolutely brilliant customer service. I cant recommend this company highly enough.

Experienced a joint leak in a hot water feed pipe. Contacted Stuart for advice and he personally came out to repair the pipe despite being early evening. The repair was excellent and due to his quick response, prevented any further damage. Could not thank them enough. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
